At SpecMaster, we pride ourselves on having a loyal and knowledgeable team who isn’t afraid to work hard and is in it for the long haul. Our workforce is full of expert machinists, but Aron is something special. In February he celebrated 10 years on the SpecMaster team and we couldn’t be prouder.
In February 2010, Aron joined the team with limited experience and knowledge in the field but a fierce desire to learn and an incredible work ethic. Over the past 10 years he has become an excellent machinist. The rest of our staff relies on him heavily not only for the knowledge and expertise he exhibits, but for the kind and patient way he works with each of the team members on our shop floor to elevate their work alongside his own.
It’s a rare and wonderful thing to have an employee like Aron on your roster for a decade. His loyalty and dedication is a true mirror for how we feel about each and every one of our clients. The commitment he has to the success of every project he works on, and beyond that, every project that comes across our floor, is truly impressive to witness.
There are a thousand ways we could work to thank Aron for the work he’s done and we would likely still come up short of expressing our full gratitude, but this seemed like a good start. For a company with clients whose needs are complex, the value employees like Aron add by drastically cutting the ramp-up time and eliminating the need for transfer of knowledge is tremendous.
