The process begins with discussing your needs from the time we first review your project for quote and continues until our final inspection.
SpecMaster inspects your project from the first material cut until the product leaves our facility; every set-up and operation is checked and aligned. Our expert machinists use a variety of inspection tools to make sure your project is produced according to your specifications.
Inspection Room:
Our inspection room is filled with a variety of calibrated and certified measuring tools in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
SpecMaster uses a computer controlled CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipped with a Renishaw PH10 full 5 axis head to verify and confirm your final inspection. With the CMM, we can use automation and computer programming to confirm a part has been machined to specific dimensions and tolerances.
